Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Because each item is handmade, natural marks, slight variations, and changes in leather over time are not considered defects.
Non Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at den.raven.leather@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
